Founder
Colin Westmoreland is
the founder, President and CEO of KOSMEC~

.
He is responsible for strategic direction and daily operations. Before forming
KOSMEC~

he was a Maintenance Switching Engineer for Microwave Communications Inc. (MCI).
Colin worked as Senior Engineer, Advanced Customer Network, NYNEX; Manager,
Strategic Planning, Bell Atlantic and Consulting Technical Member of Staff
Network Planning, Verizon Global Network Inc. Colin is the holder of a Diploma
in Telecommunications Engineering, Royal School of Signal, British Army UK; BS
in Electro-Mechanical Engineering Honors, City College of New York; MS
Information Systems, City College of New York; MS, Distributed Computer Systems
Engineering and MS, Computer Science, Polytechnics University and post graduate
diploma Relational Database System Management, Columbia University. Colin also
serves as KOSMEC ~
